He discussed the role of the United Nations in the settlement of the Somali crisis in relation to the Security Council, which is responsible for settling international disputes that arise between states among themselves under the UN Charter. These decisions issued by him are the only ones that have been concluded on the Somali crisis. The UN has achieved remarkable success in many countries and has also failed to manage the Somali crisis, for example, Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Libya.
