Abstract

And the comparative approach to clarify the position of legislation on the principle of quality of public utilities, and the study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which lies in the application of the principle of quality in public utilities, and it requires improving the mechanisms of training, preparation, continuous training, selecting efficient leaders and good dealing with beneficiaries, simplifying administrative procedures, and speeding up In performing transactions and making administrative decisions, the study recommended a set of recommendations, most notably the use of modern management methods to develop and develop the public facility.
