مشروع الترجمة والتنمية: إكراهات وتوصيات

الملخص

تقدم هذه الدراسة قراءةً في التداخلات والعلاقات الطردية ما بين ميداني التنمية المجتمعية الشاملة ومشروع الترجمة. تهدف هذا الدراسة إلى التأكيد على قدرة الترجمة على إنزال المشروعات التنموية، من خلال التغذية العبر- ثقافية والتواصلية التي يسمح بها النقل الترجمي من ثقافة وحضارة إلى أخرى. ثم يشير البحث نفسه على تأثير التنمية على قدرة المؤسسات الترجمية على الأداء الفاعل داخل المشروع المجتمعي ككل. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تحديد الإكراهات التي تشوب هذا مشروع عبر الترجمة، تتمثل في إكراهات خارجية ككيفية النظر إلى الترجمة وتعريفها ضمن مقاربة المشروع التنموي، ودور الرقابة والآليات واللوجيستيك، وإكراهات داخلية كعلاقة الترجمة بالمجالات الأخرى وتعميم اللغات الأجنبية وتأثرها بها. أخيرا، يقترح البحث بعض التوصيات المستقاة من تحليل الإكراهات المذكورة أنفا.

This study provides a reading of the interactions and direct relationships between the fields of comprehensive community development and the translation project. This study aims to emphasize the ability of translation to deliver development projects, through the cross-cultural and communicative nutrition allowed by translation transfer from one culture and civilization to another. The same research then points to the impact of development on the ability of translation institutions to perform effectively within the societal project as a whole. The study identified the constraints that plague this translation project. These constraints include external constraints, such as how translation is viewed and defined within the development project approach, the role of oversight, mechanisms, and logistics, and internal constraints, such as the relationship of translation to other fields and the dissemination and influence of foreign languages. Finally, the research proposes some recommendations drawn from the analysis of the aforementioned constraints.
