ملامح التحضُّر في الرِيف العراقي: دراسة جغرافية

الملخص

تُعدُّ ظاهرة التحضر في الوقت الحاضر من الظواهر المهمة، وتكاد تكون سمةً متكررةً في دول العالم كله، وإن كانت أشد بروزًا ووضوحًا في الدول النامِية، ويُشير مفهوم التحضر إلى الانتقال من الحياة الريفية أو المعيشية في الريف إلى حياة الحضر، ونلاحظ أن المجتمعات الريفية بدأت تُعاصر في الوقت الرَّاهن حالةً من شيوع مظاهر حضرية على نطاقٍ واسع، ويتصدَّر التكنولوجيا والإعلام، وتغيُّر الخصائص العمرانية في الريف قائمة الأسباب الكامنة وراء شيوع ظاهرة التحضر في الريف، وتقليل الفوارِق بين الريف والمدينة، ولأهمية ظاهرة التحضُّر في المجتمع الرِّيفي؛ فقد سلَّط هذا البحث الضوءَ عليها من خلال معرفة التحضر في الريف ومعرفة أبعاده وأهم النتائج التي تؤدي إليه، والكشف عن أهم المشكلات التي تُرافق عملية التحضر في الريف العراقي، كما ركَّز البحث على استعراض أهم ملامح التحضر في الريف، وقد توصَّل البحث إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بالخدمات الاجتماعية والتعليمية بشكل أوسع في العراق، من أجل توضيح مفهوم التحضر بالشكل الصحيح، وتزويد السكان بمعلومات أكثر عن التحضر، وخاصةً في المناطق الريفية، لتلافِي وقوع السكان في المفهوم السلبي الذي ينتج عنه مشكلات التحضر. كما توصَّل البحث إلى إنه على الرغم من الجهود التي بُذِلت لتطوير الريف العراقي وتحضُّرِه فإنه لا يزال يعاني من تدنِّي الخدمات الأساسية فيه من خدمات صحية وتعليمية وبِنى تحتية.

The phenomenon of urbanization at the present time is considered one of the important phenomena, and it is almost a frequent feature in all countries of the world, although it is more prominent and clearer in developing countries. The concept of urbanization refers to the transition from rural life or living in the countryside to urban life. We note that rural societies have begun to experience, at the present time, a state of prevalence of urban manifestations on a large scale. Technology, media, and the change of urban characteristics in the countryside top the list of reasons behind the prevalence of the phenomenon of urbanization in the countryside and reduce the differences between the countryside and the city. Given the importance of the phenomenon of urbanization in the rural community, this research sheds light on it by understanding Urbanization in the Iraqi countryside, knowing its dimensions and the most important results that lead to it, and revealing the most important problems that accompany the process of urbanization in the Iraqi countryside. The research also focused on reviewing the most important features of urbanization in the countryside. In order to clarify the concept of urbanization properly and provide the population with more information about urbanization, especially in rural areas, to avoid the population falling into the negative concept that results in urbanization problems. The research also concluded that despite the efforts made to develop and urbanize the Iraqi countryside, it still suffers from low basic services in terms of health, education services, and infrastructure
