إدارة تصميم مناهج العلوم الشرعية في الجامعات الفلسطينية: دراسة استطلاعية

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على إدارة تصميم مناهج التعليم الشرعي في الجامعات الفلسطينية، والتعرف على كيفية وضع استراتيجيات التدريس، وقدرة المناهج على صياغة الهوية الدينية. واستخدم الباحث البحث الوصفي التحليلي حيث قام الباحث بوصف مشكلة الدراسة ومن خلال مجموعة من المقابلات مع عمداء ومحاضري كليات الشريعة في الجامعات الفلسطينية قام بتحليل النتائج للوصول الى توصيات هامة تعمل على تطوير مناهج الشريعة في الكليات والجامعات الفلسطينية. واهم النتائج للدراسة: تحديد المناهج يجب أن يستند إلى مجامع علمية لوضع مناهج موحدة مبنية على دراسات وتوصيات علمية وليس على ميل الدكتور الذي يدرس المادة، ويجب أن تكون عملية تحديث المناهج مستمرة ومتواصلة مع التغيرات العصرية المتواكبة. وأهم التوصيات: تطوير المحتوى الدراسي لكل مادة، بحيث يوازَنُ بين طبيعة المادة وصلتها باحتياجات العصر، ومراجعة مناهج التعامل مع العلوم الشرعية؛ لتطويرها من حيث: الشكل، والمضمون، والمنهج، واختيار القضايا المعاصرة.
The study aims to identify the management of Sharia education curriculum design in Palestinian universities, learn how to develop teaching strategies, and the ability of curricula to formulate religious identity. The researcher used descriptive analytical research, where he described the study problem and, through a series of interviews with deans and lecturers of Sharia colleges in Palestinian universities, analyzed the results to arrive at important recommendations for developing Sharia curricula in Palestinian colleges and universities. The most important findings of the study are: Curriculum definition must be based on scientific societies to develop unified curricula based on scientific studies and recommendations, not on the inclination of the doctor teaching the subject. The process of updating curricula must be continuous and in line with the ongoing modern changes. The most important recommendations are: developing the academic content of each subject, balancing the nature of the subject with its relevance to contemporary needs, and reviewing curricula for dealing with Islamic sciences to develop them in terms of form, content, methodology, and the selection of contemporary issues.
