Islamists in the National State and the Problem of Rationalizing Governance: A Comparative Perspective of Political Islam in the Arab World

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the position of Islamists towards the Qatari state and the problem of rationalizing governance in the Arab world, especially in light of the sudden rise of the phenomenon of political Islam and its rapid role in its emergence on the stage of contemporary Arab revolutions. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is confusion, ramifications, and overlapping schools of political Islam in the Arab world, which simplifies many controversial issues
