    Abstract

    This research paper attempts to highlight; importance of the economic dimension in Morocco’s relations with African countries between the distinguished presence and challenges of international competition; by establishing the legal ground for these relations in their economic aspect, in order to devlop and enhance the Moroccan investment presence in African countries, despite the fierce international competition, whether by traditional forces (FRANCE- USA-GERMANY) or emerging powers(CHINA-INDIA-TURKEY). This research aims to shed light on the importance of the economic factor in Moroccan African relations. i relied on the historical and analytical methodologies in my approach to This topic.the most important result that I concluded at the end of this research is the strategic Importance of the economic component in Morocco’s relations with African countries under The slogan” WIN-WIN”, and consequently the advancement of comprehensive development in various African countries and its positive repercussions on the rates of economic growth in the African continent.
