    Abstract

The study aimed to shed light on the comprehensiveness of Islam and its validity to be applied in every time and place. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the inductive-analytical approach, by identifying the jurisprudential rules of the Maliki school, which were presented  in “Al-Ishraf ” book  by Judge Abdel Wahhab. The study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is that scholars have taken great care of the rich legal heritage, especially jurisprudence and the sciences and arts related to it. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is the need to give more attention to jurisprudential rules, because this science is one of the greatest mechanisms of ijtihad.
