        Abstract

        Anyone who follows the development of the population size is clearly illustrated by a number of facts that reflect the characteristics of the population in Iraq، the most important of which are: high population growth rate، varying geographical distribution، and population growth is of great importance locally and internationally because it is an important and influential factor in development and development of economic and political conditions، where there is a close expulsion relationship between Internet users and population growth, and this research will be limited to addressing the characteristics of the composition of the population age، consciousness with regard to electronic crimes in Iraq.
