Reality of Sustainable Rural Development in AlHussainia District, Karbala Governorate, Iraq, during 2023

Abstract

The study of sustainable rural development is important with the aim of improving well-being, raising the standard of living, reclaiming agricultural lands in rural areas, and providing service opportunities for the residents of the study area, which has long suffered from labor migration from the countryside to the city, lack of availability of services and high levels of salinization in the land due to the use of roads.
