    Abstract

    The researcher aims to find the scientists interpretations in comprehensiveness of some verses and Hadiths of usury, identify the legal rulings in some financial exchanges, and to invest the applied Ijtihad and objectivies of Chari’ah; in order to assign the legal rulings with the real causes of some new financial exchanges. The researcher concluded that comprehensiveness in Curan and Hadith texts is a necessary process before the deduction of the legal ruling. He also found that engaging in some new financial exchanges of usury, leads to moral, social and economic to the individual and society.
