      Abstract

The study aimed to identify the legal and practical challenges facing electronic commerce in light of the continuous development and transformation from traditional trade to electronic commerce, and with the increasing spread in the volume of electronic commerce and the increase in the rate of disputes resulting from it, led to the search for a more rapid way to resolve disputes in contracts, because resorting The judiciary is not a fast enough way, so electronic arbitration, or on-line arbitration, has appeared. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive approach. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the lack of sufficient guarantees for the electronic consumer, especially with regard to protecting him from false or misleading advertisements, and the provisions of the relationship between the seller and the electronic consumer are due to the laws and regulatory decrees regulating the consumer.
