      Abstract

      This study aims to identify the Palestinian role of universities in the political socialization of the students index, study used descriptive and analytical approach in the framework of that, the researchers field study on a stratified random sample of students from the University of Al-Azhar and Al-Aqsa, was (381) a single male and female, through Resolution tool

      The most important results of the study are: There is a role for Palestinian universities in the indicator of political upbringing. Weakness in gaining leadership experiences through the participation of party frameworks. Shortcomings in universities adopting topics related to political upbringing in their curricula, as they do not consider them a priority.

      The most important recommendations of the study: Enhancing the level of political upbringing in Palestinian universities by adopting a comprehensive strategy that supports the tools of political upbringing. Working on the universities’ curricula to adopt topics related to political upbringing, and to make them a priority.
